Here’s how it works and what you’ll need to submit

We’ll need some basic info about you and the truck so we can send you exclusive Cummins Million Mile Club swag. That goes in the form below.

After you submit the form, you’ll get an automated email asking for photos of:

• Your truck
• Your odometer showing 1 million miles or more
• Your VIN number

Pro tip: Take the photos before you submit. Then when you get the confirmation email you can just hit reply and attach the photos. They don’t need to be fancy. Cell phone photos are fine.

After we confirm your mileage we’ll send you exclusive Cummins Million Mile Club merchandise, along with a certificate celebrating this incredible achievement.
