One network, one contact, one goal
How Cummins Sales and Service North America supports national accounts
By Cummins Inc., Global Power Technology Leader
Cummins Sales and Service North America (CSSNA) centers on a simple principle: being there for our partners.
What does being there look like to us? It looks like a nationwide network, rich in resources and always at your disposal. It means access to sales, service and support—when and where you need it most. It’s a robust footprint of facilities across all regions, staffed with knowledgeable and experienced professionals ready to help at a moment’s notice.
We call it the Cummins Sales and Service North America network.
Spanning the continental United States and Canada, CSSNA is our Sales and Service North America architecture, designed to meet the evolving needs of all customers, including data centers, facilities management organizations, engineering services providers, integrated delivery networks, and any enterprise operating generator sets that require reliable national service.
But the CSSNA network is more than a footprint—it’s a philosophy.
When you partner with the Cummins Power Generations National Accounts Team, you gain a single point of contact— a direct line to a dedicated team of subject matter experts. This team acts as a trusted partner, providing streamlined, one-stop access to the sales and support your business needs to thrive.
Chigozie N. Obidigbo, National Accounts PM Leader, PG Solutions, describes the CSSNA network as “a single entity, with 180+ service centers across the U.S. and Canada, making it easier to access service and support in any location, at any time. However, this support isn’t limited to National Account customers.” What sets National Account customers apart, Obidigbo says, is the elevated level of personalized service and support delivered consistently across the U.S. and Canada.
“A National Account customer is one with multiple assets across different regions that requires a single point of account management. Typically, a customer with multiple units across multiple locations would need to coordinate with multiple sales representatives, branches, and support teams simultaneously to resolve issues. That approach is often fragmented and locally driven. With the CSSNA National Accounts model, customers only need to engage the Power Generation Solutions National Accounts team. From there, we coordinate internally with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and guide the customer to the right solution. The result is a far more streamlined and cohesive experience.”
CSSNA is purpose-built to simplify and accelerate problem-solving. Regardless of your business or operational needs—from power generation and alternative energy solutions to fleet and industry-specific services, including planned maintenance for both Cummins and non-Cummins engines across trucking, healthcare, marine, mining, and oil and gas—CSSNA delivers. It offers unparalleled depth of knowledge, strong subject-matter expertise, and a consistent, industry-leading standard of service across all authorized locations.
We carefully calibrate our response times to maintain a consistent, network-wide service standard. At the same time, your National Account contact works closely with you to establish a master service agreement and payment terms tailored to your business. They guide you through account setup, service processes, billing, ordering, invoicing, and every step of the partnership—ensuring seamless, efficient outcomes that keep your business moving forward.
Because, in business as in life, being there matters. That’s why we provide a unified network backed by a single point of contact—working together toward one goal.
Experience how the CSSNA network can help deliver meaningful impact for your business as a National Accounts customer.
