Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) announced today that Chief Administrative Officer Sharon Barner will be retiring, effective May 31, following an extraordinary career and 13 years of committed service to Cummins.

She will succeed Shon Wright, the new President of the Distribution segment. Jane Beaman will oversee the strategy, operations and performance of Cummins’ components and software solutions, ensuring CCS remains at the forefront of technological advancements and market changes.
