Today, Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) announced that it has named Chris Clulow, Vice President, Investor Relations, and Luther Peters, Vice President, Corporate Controller, effective March 1. Clulow is replacing Jack Kienzler who moved to Cummins Filtration on January 1 and Peters is taking Clulow’s former position. 

Enbridge Gas Inc., in partnership with Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) and with support from Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC), the Canadian Gas Association (CGA) and NGIF Capital Corporation, is thrilled to announce that the first-of-its-kind in North America hydrogen-blending project is now fully operational and successfully serving the Markham community. Hydrogen blending refers to injecting clean hydrogen into the delivered natural gas to reduce its carbon footprint.

Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) and Rush Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUSHA & RUSHB) today announced that they have closed on Cummins’ acquisition of 50% equity interest in Momentum Fuel Technologies from Rush Enterprises.

Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) and Isuzu Motors Limited announced an agreement to create a prototype medium-duty, battery electric truck to demonstrate in North America. This truck represents the first zero-emissions solution facilitated by the Isuzu Cummins Powertrain Partnership (ICPP) formed in May 2019. Through this arrangement, Cummins will integrate the Cummins PowerDrive6000 into Isuzu’s F-Series truck and will pilot the truck with prominent North American fleets beginning in 2022.

Cummins announced that its factory in Darlington has manufactured its 1.5 millionth Mid-Range engine in January. The site produced 66,000 engines in 2021, and employs around 1,500 people working in engine assembly, exhaust aftertreatment manufacture, technical operations, and business support functions.

Today, Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) named Jeff Wiltrout, Vice President- Corporate Strategy, effective immediately. Wiltrout has served in this role on an interim basis since Thad Ewald’s departure from Cummins last year.

Bonnie Fetch serves as Executive Vice President and President – Operations for Cummins Inc. In this role, she oversees Cummins’ New and Recon Parts business, remanufacturing operations and the global operating functions including Supply Chain, IT, Cummins Services, Digital/Analytics and Quality to ensure they meet Cummins’ evolving business needs and position the Company for the future.

Today, Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) named Mark Sifferlen the company’s first Vice President – Chief Risk Officer and leader of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Strategy for the company, effective February 1.  The company also named Schuyla Jeanniton Executive Director, Ethics and Compliance, to backfill Mark Sifferlen. Jeanniton will also serve as the Chief of Staff and Quality Lead for the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) organization.
