Carolyn Butler-Lee
Carolyn Butler-Lee serves as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Culture (DEIC) at Cummins. With a career spanning over 25 years at the company, she has held various leadership roles across Human Resources, including positions within Corporate, Engine Business, Fuel Systems, and Emission Solutions. Previously, Carolyn was Executive Director of Human Resources, partnering closely with Officers and executives in the organization. She is experienced and focused in developing global human capital strategies that drive business performance, maximize employee engagement, and promote a culture of inclusion and belonging within a diverse workforce.
Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. She achieved a Strategic Diversity & Inclusion Management Certification from Georgetown University.
