Valvoline Inc. (NYSE: VVV) – a U.S.-based, leading worldwide supplier of premium branded lubricants and automotive services – and Cummins Inc. (NYSE: Cummins Inc.) – the world’s largest independent manufacturer of engines and related components with operations in over 190 countries and territories – announced today a five-year renewal of their longstanding marketing and technology partnership agreement.
Cummins recognized this risk very early on with a campaign called, “It’s OK Mental Health and Wellness,” designed to promote mental wellness among its employees worldwide. This October, Cummins celebrates World Mental Health Day and the growing awareness of why mental wellness matters.
The ’It’s OK’ campaign launched in April of 2020 in response to the pandemic, as a way to communicate to employees that this is a challenging time, and that the company has robust resources to support mental health and wellness.

Karen Ramsey-Idem will accept the award at SWE's annual conference, WE17, in Austin, Texas, on Oct. 27, 2017, during the formal awards banquet.
The Global Leadership Award recognizes Karen Ramsey-Idem for her work in Cummins global technical organization where she serves as a role model to women engineers worldwide.
