The Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) is the largest annual heavy-duty trucking industry event in the world. More than 70,000 attendees and 1,000 exhibitors from around the globe are expected to attend this year's event, which takes place at the Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville, KY between March 26-28.

As president of the Engine Business (EBU), one of Cummins’ five business segments, Brett Merritt pushes the boundaries of customer-focused innovation to position Cummins as the leading powertrain supplier of choice in the transition to a net zero future. In 2023, the engine business generated over $11.7 billion in revenue and delivered 1.3 million engines to customers worldwide. It was an exciting night when 28 robotics teams that included over 160 students and numerous teachers came together to explore STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. In late October, Cummins Inc’s sponsorship and employee volunteers, along with community advocates made it possible for Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation (BCSC) – called the STEM capital of Indiana - to organize its first ever robotics league in Columbus, the first of five events this season.

What is the fuel delivery system? The fuel delivery system is one of the most critical components in a vehicle and is the heart of a vehicle's power generation process. The fuel delivery system serves a similar function to a fuel tank in diesel-powered vehicles. However, the fuel delivery system is specifically designed to handle gaseous fuels like hydrogen and natural gas, both of which are stored at high pressures.

When Zach Bowman decided that it was time to ditch his 1978 International Scout, he had no intention of doing so for a truck with nearly 300,000 miles on the odometer. But one look at the 2003 RAM with a Cummins 5.9L Turbo Diesel sealed the deal, even though his intended purchase was never a Dodge or a diesel.

The threat of inclement weather over central Indiana couldn't dampen the excitement as executives from Cummins, along with elected officials from the city of Indianapolis and the state of Indiana, broke ground on the company's much-anticipated global Distribution Business headquarters this morning in downtown Indianapolis.
