Cummins Care team members may be able to assist with technical support needs for your Digital Products and Services by remotely accessing your computer. You must first have a six-digit support code from a Cummins Care representative.
If you do not already have a support code, please call us in the U.S. and Canada at 1-800-CUMMINS™ (1-800-286-6467) or chat with one of our representatives.

After clicking the button above and entering your code...
- You will be prompted to "Run" or "Save" the file. Choose "Run"
- You will be prompted to Accept/OK a UAC Warning. Please click "Ok"
- Enter your Local Administrative ID and Password if prompted. Select "No" if you don't have one.
- Select OK to Allow the Technician access to control your screen.
Note: If you don't have administrative rights to your PC, our technicians can only do a limited number of things to try and fix the issues you are facing. IT may be needed to fix the issue you are seeing.
