Today, Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) announced that Mahesh Narang has been named Vice President, Cummins Emission Solutions (CES), and Shon Wright is named Executive Director and General Manager of Cummins Turbo Technologies (CTT), succeeding Narang.
The positions are effective August 1 and Narang and Wright will report directly to Tracy Embree, President, Components Segment, Cummins Inc.

The expansion will add 75 megawatts, enough to power approximately 20,000 average Indiana homes, to the existing 600 megawatt capacity at the Meadow Lake Wind Farm complex. When fully operational, the wind farm expansion will generate renewable electricity equivalent to the amount Cummins uses at its Indiana facilities.
Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) announced that it has opened a new Research and Development Center, which is approximately 25,000 square feet, adjacent to its manufacturing facility in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. These technologically-advanced labs and office spaces are part of a larger plan to build technical capability in remanufacturing and to create a campus experience in San Luis Potosi with many amenities, increased security and the ability to accommodate future growth.
The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) has recognized Karen Ramsey-Idem of Cummins Inc. (NYSE:CMI) for her impact on the Society as well as the engineering community with the Global Leadership Award. Karen Ramsey-Idem will accept the award at SWE's annual conference, WE17, in Austin, Texas, on Oct. 27, 2017, during the formal awards banquet.
The Global Leadership Award recognizes Karen Ramsey-Idem for her work in Cummins global technical organization where she serves as a role model to women engineers worldwide.
