Colleges and Universities are a great place to meet candidates seeking new challenges!  Representatives from Cummins visit many campuses each year providing you the chance to meet with us face-to-face to discuss career opportunities at Cummins.  Check with your university's career placement center to see if and when we will be coming to your location.

Cummins is serious about its determination to identify and hire the best talent on campus. We are not only aggressively recruiting graduates in technical degree programs; we also look for candidates from other disciplines such as, finance, human resources, business and marketing.

Our campus events and interviews give you an opportunity to see Cummins up close and personal, plus get a chance to speak directly with recent graduates regarding their experiences and careers at Cummins.
